Hi, I’m Ángela Padial and I’m a trainer. I teach Pilates classes,
functional training and
strength training, also aimed at older adults, focusing on health, improving
quality of life,
and the practical application of exercise to everyday routines.
Sport has always been a part of my life and has been key to both my personal and professional
development. I have practiced a wide variety of sports, including football for
13 years, and I
have been practicing CrossFit for over 5 years. These sports have taught me the
importance of
consistency, discipline, and doing things properly. I firmly believe that effort and commitment
are the foundation for achieving any goal.
My way of working focuses on supporting and guiding each person so they can bring out the best
version of themselves, adapting each session to their needs, abilities, and personal pace. I am
currently continuing my training on an ongoing basis, with the aim of offering a high-quality
and up-to-date service.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, University of Wales.
- Master’s in Teaching.
- Master’s Degree in Physical Preparation for Football.
